@cnn: After six months on a waiting list for a heart transplant, John-Henry was thrilled to announce that he was getting a new heart to his caregivers at Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. The six-year-old, who was diagnosed with a rare congenital heart condition called hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS) before he was born, received his new heart in May. #cnn #news
