I think you’re helping me with a break through. You get to the point and holding my attention. My problem right now or the past year is: 1. Depression (I lost a dog i absolutely loved) 2. Chronic fatigue (I would rather nap or lay there than do anything at all). My problem is getting out of this tired depressive rut and getting back into a healthy routine. I don’t parked hard for the body I loved and now I have ruined it. 😢

I’m 5’3 eat 1300 calories and 125g protein. To hit your protein goal, you have to choose high protein. Beans, cheese, tortillas aren’t high protein sources.
