Turn around for the L shape, face the wall with your hands leg distance from the wall so that your shoulders will be stacked over your wrists when you put your legs on the wall

“T in T out” as you go in and come out. Your arms and one leg should be the top of the T. Also, keep everything straight. But you’re there!! Almost off the wall

Okay the L shape is called a mini handstand, it’s also how I was taught and continued to teach others. You don’t bring your second leg all the way up
