I get they are making a lift for disabled and elderly people but did they not think of making a boat service with a ramp for the disabled and elderly people that could pull right up on the sand and have switchable sand wheel chairs on board

If they built stairs why couldn't they find a way to build a more natural pulley system? It may take longer than an electric elevator but at least it'd preserve more of the natural beauty of the place. That's disappointing
