The only thing in Italia that I noticed is that food safety isn’t always great. Chicken and meat sandwiches left in showcases at room temp. I’ve been sick several times.

That might explain why I had some of the best food I’ve ever had, in Italy. Ecen sometning as simple as roast chicken and pizza was extraordinary.
