I have never been overly concerned with aging, mainly because I rarely thought about it. I believe this mindset might be key to aging well, as the stress of worrying about getting older often accelerates the process. Aging should be embraced and celebrated, not feared or seen as the end of our vitality and spirit. In this book, which is both a memoir and a self-help guide, I decided to share my personal journey, including the strategies that have helped me throughout the years, along with some intimate moments from my life. I felt that sharing my story in this way was more meaningful than simply offering generic advice. While I wrote this book with women in mind, I want to point out that it can also be read by men. The insights and reflections I offer are relatable and can inspire anyone who sees themselves reflected in my journey. I also share my most challenging moments and explain how I found resilience during the most difficult times of my life.
