All I had to do was exchange regular butter for light butter and change the brown sugar to a replacement blend like splenda or truvia or any of those. I’m not saying this is my lowest calorie sandwich but it’s under 700 calories and that’s pretty good for a lunch. ✨recipe 🌱Honey butter in a pan on medium heat adds crushed garlic, honey, light butter 2 tbsp, brown sugar replacement like splenda or truvia, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a cornstarch slurry. optional some crushed red peppers. melt everything together and use right away. (332 calories for whole sauce) 🌱air fried chicken thigh dredge the chicken thigh is flour then a beaten egg and then in crushed corn flakes. give a light spray of olive oil and air fry for 16 minutes. flip half way through. cook till golden brown and an internal temp of 165F is reached.
