I read a thing that suggested ADHD has been linked with increased abilities to spot useful foraging materials in the wilderness and I never felt so validated.

I’ve started calling my tendency to switch hobbies the “craft carousel” and it’s a game changer. The one craft I dropped mid project will come back around the carousel at some point

I am 100% convinced my husband has adhd. And I created systems around the house that help manage it. A laundry basket by his side of the bed for dirty clothes. Trash cans in every room of the house etc. instead of fighting it I worked with it

Be adaptive. ie. if organizing is difficult, use colors, images, boxes, etc. that draws your attention to what to do next. If you shop on Amazon, don’t horde boxes or you won’t get your car in garage
