@jacobzemer: Are @questnutrition muffins studs or duds? I bought these off of @VitaminShoppe’s website for $25 for a pack of 8. So they are around $3 per muffin which I think is a very reasonable price. They are 200 calories with 10g of protein so they don’t pass The Test; however, one muffin has 10g of fiber which is significant. A Dunkin’ muffin, on the other hand, is 460 calories with 6g of protein and only 1g of fiber. Both the chocolate chip and blueberry muffins kind of blew me away. They were both moist which is hard to achieve when making protein baked goods.
