I have this. I’m so low income and don’t have the money for surgeries, it upsets me so I don’t often go outside of my house, not even the garden. Unless I’m with my mum, I’ve taped and shapewears on..

African tradition... binding the stomach after birth helps quite a lot. With cesarean, wait until the stitches hold together and start binding gently. Never bind too tightly
