I understand the nurse 100% (iwork at a doctors office too)- to schedule an appointment we need to know what the issue is- in rough terms ofc- but depending on what it is we plan a certain amount1

I don't understand why it is a must for her to share her issue with 1+. If she wants that doctor, then it's done. If it's not his scope, send her to another doc, and bill her the expenses.
