💯 I'm glad I've seen resources here to know when my world crumbled mentally for me, literally overnight I felt like I'd been depressed for years! I was 37 when it happened It was my hormones. 💯

A regular doctor is not trained on hormones and a lot still think HRT cause cancer, see a hormone doc. I've been mental health meds for years, libido didn't change until I got my testosterone pellet

This is what my endocrinologist recommended bc I'm not a candidate for hrt. Looking for alternatives bc I won't take antidepressants 😐
