This isn’t working for me specially cause I wear makeup they say put yr makeup first then apply it but it dries up and cakes up looks horrible after it dries I’ve already tried several different ways.

Don't use your 2nd or 3rd finger to apply anything around your eye because they are the strongest. Always use your 4th finger because it is the weakest.
