I tried using the whitening strips for several weeks and it helped my teeth get a little bit whiter but my problem with it was that it didn’t stay stuck to my teeth, my saliva kept seeping under and forcing it off my teeth so it never stayed. Also I hated the taste 😂 Glad it worked for you!

Dental Assistant here! Whitening your teeth does cause sensitivity to some, if you’re feeling sensitivity you can switch to Sensodyne toothpaste and it’ll help. It is also recommended once you get to the point where you like your shade of teeth, instead of doing it everyday you can do it once a week twice a month or once a month (:
