$5k? It’s nothing and it’s not hard. I got done for $160k of fraud and went to the states 5 years later. Applied, visited the embassy, 6 months later visa and good to go.

Only if the dui goes on an actual criminal record, so low range dui’s don’t give you a criminal record. (Criminal record means you can’t go)

You're not banned you have to apply for a visa and it's not 5k it's around 500 it's a pain in the ass to get but a dui charge you won't have any issues getting one
