🤔 very interesting technique, thanks for sharing. Why do you add the honey comb? Im definitely gonna try it. What a rich a dark color.. does it gain any smoky flavor from the boiling?

So yea been thinking of making a mead and caramelise the honey some first and you sure didn't help me off the path of caramelising 😜
