You're right- you should NEVER cut a patch! many of them have a time release mechanism that cutting breaks, releasing all of the medication at once (which could potentially cause an overdose)

i had long covid about two years ago, the fatigue was unbelievable. went online, read a few studies and articles, boom melatonin and NAC came up. actually felt awake for the first time in three months

I forget if you have POTS, but have you tried mestinon? It also works on acetylcholine! It’s for myasthenia gravis but used off label for POTS to increase vagus nerve function
