eat properly before and after training, and have some small snacks with you while you are at practice so if you start to feel dizzy mid practice you have something to eat and get your energy up😜

bases, slow down your flyer in every stunt that your flyer is in the air without any grips from bases or backspot even if the flyer is in the air only for a second or two

TOISTOT, jos joku tietty taito ei mee heti niin ei kannata luovuttaa koska toistoilla alkaa pikkuhiljaa hahmottamaan virheet ja oikeen tekniikan. lisää toistoja vaan niin alkaa sujuu paremmin‼️‼️

takarit yrittäkää aina olla vika joka päästää irti ja eka joka ottaa otteet, se on auttanu paljon ja jos pohjien otteet hakee vähän esim full aroundissa niin on hyvä että takarilla on ekana otteet🙏🏻

For my bases, please biggest tip: USE YOUR LEGS!!! Using brute strength makes the stunt more heavier and harder then using your legs being quick to the top and shrugging up through your shoulders!!!😘

For bases tuck your head in when your in a stunt, it easier to lift when your more under the flyers foot and try to touch your base partners belly whit yours💞
