The best bases have a couple tablespoons of instant pudding mix and or sweetened condensed milk. Neither has lactose for Ben. But they give a really nice creamy texture and sweetness and you don’t have to add sugar at all. Re-spin with a tablespoon of liquid

I like to let it sit for like 10-15 mins to thaw just a bit and then you don’t need that splash of liquid and it won’t be crumbly
