I have a paste on the underside of my top front teeth the 2 big ones so they're the only ones that touch and all the other teeth have a gap so it's impossible for me to bite without the hard aa paste hurting my bottom teeth😭😭

Yeah that literally depends on the dentist because i had braces on 5 whole years and ate all kinds of foods and not a single one of my brackets ever broke
