People need to learn what to do when pulled over. Here it is: pull over, shut music off, shut car off, roll window down. That’s it. Always have your insurance and registration neatly accessible. He talked himself into handcuffs, stupid.

Im a retired police officer and military. NFL players DON'T have to follow speed limits and tint ordinance correct? NFL players don't have to comply with Police Officer verbal command?
