@roerestaurant: New to the Roe menu, our Venison Tartar with Laab Dressing and Crispy Shallots🦌 We start making the dressing by caramelising honey until it darkens, add in soy, lime juice, palm sugar and a lot of fresh herbs into the blender and finish with fish sauce. We mix crushed hazelnut and finely chopped pickled shallots. White cabbage, mint leaves and Thai basil leaves are added for the plating, before being topped with crispy onions and a crispy quail's egg. . #LondonFoodies #LondonDiningScene #LondonRestaurants
