It really is stress and vitamins. When I was 25 my hair was turning gray from stress and Hashimoto. When I took proper medication, vitamins and removed stress it reversed!

bhahhaha😂 your 30.. thats normal.. mine started appearing at 16.. dad & granpa are white not grey.. white so i'll probably get it🥰.. now 36 and im grey all over.. its looks so good

so its not genetic? the women in my family grew gray hair as early as 16 years of age. i seem to be an exception but ive started growing a few more lately (41yo). especially where i do my hair part.
