Get another of the dermoplast spray! I used 3 bottles of it. Also when you are being discharged from the hospital, ask them for more postpartum care! They’ll give you more for FREE! 💕

I would recommend not opening post partum supplies only because I did and then ended up having an emergency c section and all of my opened items went to waste :(

I highly recommend you get a pillow or a donut to sit on. If you have a natural birth, you will be SORE. Sitting down sucked for the first 2 weeks.

Make sure you have some backup csection supplies but don’t open and keep the receipt! So if you end up having an emergency csection you have supplies and if not, you can return them!🩷
