That’s gotta be the hardest job that you’ve ever done, like you said. believe me I know about that spray on insulation and having to remove it and cut it with a razor blade and have to beat it off

Its closed cell foam and installed right as seen by layering. Problem seems that the top goat is bad. It should be some kind of polyrea for waterproofing.
