I respect the product of our environment. I'm from south Mississippi, father in prison and I've just been in some heavy poverty at certain points in my life. We are like sponges so it only makes sense. However, when you get grown and realize you can control what your "sponge" absorbs. you have control over what you choose to be influenced by. Disappointing that these people don’t want better for themselves. I’m from Jackson but relocated to Texas 20 years ago. I was not raised with this type of mindset. Thank goodness I was sheltered.
