I think removing jewellery for those reasons is fine. Cleaning your jewellery all the time gets exhausting. Also I am neurodivergent & I go through fazes where I don’t want to wear jewellery at all. I also take all my jewellery off when its extremely hot, because sweat & jewellery together is rather uncomfortable. He woke her up she was probably annoyed more than anything. Maybe he needs to put the ring on a chain around his neck. Plenty of men do that bc they use their hands everyday at work and its just easier.

I bough my husband a silicone one so it doesn'tmatter if it gets dirty, damaged or lost, I bought a few on Temu so its not a big deal. He is still wearing a ring just not a expensive one.

Both my husband and I forget about our rings all the time and we switch between our rubber ones and metal ones depending on occasion and sometimes forget to put on after taking the other off.
