Easily my best look since my pec tear a couple years ago. I’m running the Titan build 4 day program and then hitting Muay Thai 4-6x a week. I’m finding running my own training team programs to be really helpful with staying consistent since it’s a live program and I don’t want to be behind on it. Before that I was running my own program but it was easy for me to just push it back and go to Muay Thai instead. Or I’d make the excuse that I didn’t want to be sore for sparring the next day or whatever the class was. Since the teams new meso started I haven’t missed a day. If I lift and do Muay Thai then I will lift in the morning and then hit a class in the evening. If I’m not lifting that day then I’ll often do two Muay Thai sessions. I also tend to practice 30-60min after lifts if I’m not able to make it to an actual class. Titan build is current arm focused but if that’s not your cup of tea then check out glute maxxed which is running a glute ham focused mesocycle.
