My grandmother had degenerative lumbar and had something similar for back pain relief her last surgery on her back left her leaking spinal fluid and she had a stroke and passed away 21yrs ago.

I have this. I'm in Australia and it's called HF10 therapy. I've had it implanted for around 4 years now and it honestly saved my life. I was in a very bad headspace due to chronic nerve pain

I did the trial, it didn't help me, made everything worse. but I can say that when they removed it, it looks like how it feels, I got no pain meds for it, but it didn't hurt coming out
