TBF, repeating it just because the kids (like I was) hated veg, but ate it for that reason. And overall, eating veg was good. No harm;-)

Really?! I've also heard this in reference to supplementing nutrition in the Philippines. People said malnourished children were no longer afraid of the dark after given vitamins.
