Add 1 tbsp olive oil from a @greatjones cruet. Sear 4 @bellandevans chicken thighs on both sides until golden brown and cooked through. Remove to a plate. 2. Add 1 leek, 2 carrots, 2 celery, 1 Yukon potato, 4 garlic cloves chopped to the pan. Cook for 10 minutes. Add in 1/2 cup white wine, then 1/3 cup all purpose flour, then 3 cups chicken stock (homemade or @kettleandfire). Bring to a simmer and then turn off heat. 3. Shred chicken and add to the pan. Add in 1/2 cup peas, chopped parsley, and chopped chives. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer filling to a pie dish. 4. Roll out pie dough and drape over the pie dish. Brush with egg, cut a few air vents, season with black pepper. Bake at 425F for about 30 minutes. french onion soup mac and cheese 🧀 1. Caramelize 4 sliced sweet onions in 2 tbsp butter over medium-low heat until golden brown (in a @ pot it’s amazing). Transfer to a small bowl. 2. Add 3 tbsp butter and 1/4 cup flour. Cook out for 3 minutes. Stir in slowly 2.5 cups whole milk. Add 8oz. Grated gruyere, 4 oz. Grated @eatalynewyorkcity parmesan, half of the onions, salt, and pepper. 3. Boil 1 pound of @pasta_rummo pasta shells. Drain. Add to the milk mixture. Then transfer to a baking dish. Top with more gruyere, parmesan, The remaining onions, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Bake at 400F for about 30 minutes. Garnish with chives. @nycprimerib little gem salad 🥗 1. In a small container, add 1 minced shallot, juice of 1 lemon, 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tsp honey, 2 tsp dijon mustard, salt, pepper and shake to combine. 2. Dress 2 chopped avocados with the juice of half a lemon, @maldonsalt flaky salt, and 2 tbsp dressing. 3. Dress leaves from 3 heads of little gem lettuce To taste.
