We were all diagnosed anxiety & depression for years when it was ADHD all along! I lost so much time not being treated correctly. Our docs need to consider ADHD as a differential diagnosis…

My perimenopause kicked my ADHD/anxiety into high gear and I started having panic attacks. I’m now on anti anxiety meds AND birth control. I finally feel better

My (undiagnosed) adhd really started to become crippling and dangerous when I started puberty. Then I created coping mechanisms to manage. Until they stopped working at 30. Only diagnosed at 33.

My osteopath told me he has ADHD and he chews gum and it helps. I'm like "cool I'm medicated and I still spend several days a month irrationally angry because nothing sounds like it will make me happy

Honestly, for me, it feels like something that is not even discussed with our doctors. It was never even an option. I was a daydreamer, I was lazy, I was everything BUT this.
