@develobaby: If your baby lifts their arms up and slightly backwards in tummy time, it can be really helpful to let them feel the support points at the elbows again and again in order to remind them which muscles to activate for good quality tummy time. Gently press down on the arms in the direction of the elbows with the arms positioned like in the video. This often needs to be repeated many times over a few days/weeks. This is an example of an exercise in my course “Develobaby - Back Arching” which includes all the best practice exercises and tips for tummy time, lifted arms, arching and even flat head. (Link in bio) ❗️I actually reached 💥HALF A MILLION💥 followers across my platforms in Danish, German and English today, so for the first time I have activated a 20% discount on all my programs today❗️ …This discount of course also includes my bestselling sensory integration baby sleep program “Develobaby - Sleep”. My baby makes her arms so hard and stiff that I’m scared to bend them.
