actual balkan person here: you are allowed to chop the vegetables you don't need to eat them like that 😂 also the "dip" is not a dip, it's a side dish - we spread it on bread usually- called ajvar

Ajvar is a roasted red pepper sauce. It’s very good. My hubby is from Bosnia, tomatoes and cucumbers served with every meal!
