The doona is no different to a car seat being put on a pram stand. If the parents are going leave a baby in a car seat for a long time they’ll do no matter if they have a doona one or not.

The Doona gets me because why spend $600 for something they grow out of when you can get a travel system for a similar price with a stroller that’s works through toddler years

The doona only doesn’t pass in Canada because you can’t adjust the angle. It’s perfectly safe.

Yes physios said to use that the push along walkers they walk with are the best course daughter was prem so was under them they don’t advice jumperoos either

I have the doona as my car seat and a pram for actual walks. My little boy is one now and it’s been one of my best purchases!

For babies with sensitive skin, sadly Johnsons (& aveeno) are recommended. Started using Mustela recently and it’s fantastic - bit spenny though!

Walkers done the opposite for us I mean each baby is different and I mean she’s literally in it for short periods of time so she’s safe while we do dinner ect but life saver for us

I put the amber round my sons ankle under his sock. On warmer days when he didn't wear socks, he didn't wear the amber :)
