I’ve never been able to sleep well, so I actually enjoy going under anesthesia. I just wish they would let me wake up naturally

anesthesia makes rls worse as does anti nausea drugs they give you as well as being immobile - its a trifecta when you have severe rls

Ive been under so many times ive lost count. I request a fast saline bag after surgeries. It flushes the meds out and makes the nausea go away faster. Also zofran is your friend. ✌️

I had a ganglion cyst removed from my wrist and didn’t want to have anesthesia because of getting rid of the crap from it, so they just cut off the blood supply.

I had a pneumothorax while under general anaesthesia. Unclear if it was the surgery or the anaesthesia caused it. No one told me. Had to spend two nights in the ICU but I ended up being ok 👌
