Nat are they hereditary, my mum has them and I now also do…I absolutely hate them, there unfortunately my main focus and I’ve tried so much, fillers, made them worse, creams never work.

Gua sha works for me. I usually get puffy eyes if I have eaten a lot of sugar or sodium the day before 😕

Cotton rounds with witch hazel, keep them in the fridge and use them as a cold compress.

Ice or even a wet frozen face washer/flannel. I also keep a metal eye cream applicator in the fridge.

Sometimes eye creams or night creams at night can cause puffiness in the morning. I also love my face lux hand held that makes a huge difference for me. I also love a cool jade roller also helps.

Frozen peas wrapped in hand towel lie on the bed with your head gently extended back over the bed end put the wrapped frozen peas over closed eyes or use a fridge gel pack for a few minutes in the morning or before you go out at night .
