Improved mobility, done via a gradual sequence, is the key to snazzy exercises. 👇Read & Share 👇 Yes it does indeed pester me when I see yet another viral reel on the best ‘move’ to fix all your problems. It simply isn’t honest & spreading these messages could be dangerous because: Someone could actually hurt themselves Someone may actually lose faith & think they are doomed to never gain mobility It’s down right disheartening when the ‘key’ to improving ‘mobility’ apparently is a movement you just can’t do. Well I am here to tell you it’s an exciting message, but it's too good to be true for a reason. 1 movement will never unlock a hidden portal to joint function, that can only be done if trained gradually, progressively & systematically. Hope this message helped some of you & it will be worth it if it helps just one person, so please do share this with anyone you know who is working hard on their mobility that may be frustrated at the process.
