@cbsnews: Six members of a Kansas cult were convicted this week after forcing young children to work up to 16 hours a day without pay, keeping them in rodent-infested facilities and abusing them. According to the U.S. Department of Justice, the children were told if they left the cult, they would burn in "eternal hellfire" – and some were as young as 8 years old. The six defendants are members of the organization formerly known as the United Nation of Islam and the Value Creators, or were wives of the late founder, Royall Jenkins.
