Press your knees here, using your body weight to apply pressure and release tension in the lower back.⁠ 2️⃣ Press on the Glutes (Avoid the Bone): Focus on pressing directly into the glute muscles, avoiding the bones, to help relieve tightness in the hips and lower back.⁠ 3️⃣ Slide Along the Leg (Avoid the Knee Pit): When sliding your knee down the leg, make sure to avoid putting pressure in the middle of the back of the knee (the knee pit), as it’s a sensitive area.
