@_angelikarose: Apple roses have got to be the cutest sweet treat! 💘 Ingredients: -2x apples -2x puff pastry sheets -Jam of choice -Cinnamon (optional) -1 tbsp lemon juice -icing sugar to sprinkle on top Method: -Preheat oven to 190C. -Cut apples in half and remove the core. -Slice the apples into thin slices. -Add apple slices to a bowl of water and lemon juice. Microwave for 4-5 minutes or until softened. -Carefully drain the apple slices and pat them dry. -Cut each sheet of puff pastry into 3 even strips (6 total). -Spread jam onto the pastry strips and then place the apple slices along the top. Sprinkle with cinnamon. -Fold the puff pastry in half to cover the apple slices. -Roll the pastry and apples from one end to the other end of the pastry. Place the apple roses into a muffin tin. -Bake at 190C for 25-30 or until pastry is golden brown. -Once cooled sprinkle with icing sugar.
