HOW DID IT ALL BEGIN? When the home office era started, clutter, dust, and mess quickly overtook my one-room apartment. This constantly disrupted my daily routine, and I knew I had to find a solution. Then I remembered designing a flap desk a few years earlier while studying product design. I just had to update the design to meet my current needs. So I created a new 3D model, then a 1:1 cardboard prototype, and finally started building the real desk. I had an opportunity to showcase it at a pop-up shop. It was the first time people could see and touch my desk. But through daily use, I realized this desk wasn't perfect, and I needed to improve the dimensions and the legs. But the visible wires under the flap bothered me most! Solving that became my mission. I eliminated the built-in sockets. I designed a tunnel with an extra flap underneath so I could use an extension cord and hide all the cables. I also added a bigger drawer and more space under the flap to mount a monitor. When this desk was finished, it was finally perfect for me. Then came the time I made my first desk for a customer. It was beautiful, crafted from natural oak and nano super matte laminate. I instantly fell in love with this material. It’s the best in the world, and I never compromise on quality. While I used premium materials before, this was an extra VIP class. I was so proud when I installed this desk for my first customer. After that, I designed the first All-Black Edition and made minor tweaks to perfect the details. Three years later, I still can’t imagine my life without this desk. The feeling is incredible!
