That’s insane, I work 70hrs a week and making 40k a year. Car insurance under 25 with a PERFECT record is $600 a month ALONE. The world is horrible right now.

it also depends on where you want to live. But you said best. If "you want to splurge." You could get a roommate, get a 2 br and have less rent. Boomers, Gen X did this. You aren't living in reality

I'd say double every one of those expenses to be realistic. my truck payment is $489 bi weekly. insurance $250 and just 1 tank of fuel is $150. you gotta work 12 hour days to make a living
