I am in the process of a gastric bypass. I’ve never smoked, but I have to have nsaid screening for 3 months because I told them I used ibuprofen pretty regularly

This is me. Bypass scheduled for February 20 but surgeon has said he will not perform it if I still smoke. Quit day is November 20. I honestly think this is the push I needed.

I'm having my operation in mid October. I'm so scared. I had to quit smoking but that came with weight gain. but still able to have operation. I know nothing for afterwards.
