When I was teaching at high school, it was terrible. As man calling this out of order, parents would ask "nina nibajongantoni abantwana bethu?" It's so sad really.

Private schools have rules, government schools it is hard to enforce rules. I went to a catholic school you obey their rules or they ask you to leave. Kasi schools and some model c schools are hectic
