Let’s just be clear here, bulky to the average person and bulky to a weightlifter is different. People who are overweight and start lifting will build muscle on top of fat. That is their idea of bulky

you gotta lift your ass off, progressive overload and eat a strict high protein lower fat diet for a long time consistently to get bulky large muscular! it’s a lot of work !!

45 and building muscle is key as we age so many health benefits! I do put on some good muscle mass but I have a good body composition and I’m a fat burning machine!!
