When our nerves have any type of irritation or compression or inflammation around them, they kind of fight back, think of them almost wanting to shrivel up and then when you move, you don’t have that freedom. Well, we can address this by flossing, gliding or even straight Stretching nerves. This video shows one of the assessment variations for the median nerve, which I find is one of the most common restrictions and shows a simple way to start stretching it if you are positive for the test.
