If I saw that review I wouldn’t take it seriously, if they went multiple times..they still went back..if it was a bad place they wouldn’t..also if it was wrong & they didn’t give you a chance to fix

I managed an ice cream stand for a long time and ppl ordering incorrectly is a crazy common. Customers refuse to read signs or listen when you tell them how to order what they want.

Ordering incorrectly was something I was worried about when we visited back in April. So I took the guess work out of it and ordered a Super Spy instead. I couldn't be disappointed.

Yes, I say this all the time!! You are the reason your order is wrong! Not the employees (most of the time 😅 sometimes we make an oopsie!)

I've only gotten the wrong flavor custard twice in the last 2 years we've been visiting FF. The girls ALWAYS remade it for us. We are forever fans and so thankful to be local to get to it. ✨🙌🏻
