oil looks fine, none of it is black first couple gallons could have been changed sooner but it isn't a safety or quality issue at that level

As a person that has cleaned deep fryers, if the grease is clear it has been filtered. The darker the yellow-red it gets means its getting burnt and closer to put fresh grease in.

I’ve seen oil at places darker than tar. This isn’t bad especially considering the amount of things being fried lol

its like this everywhere.. at panda we filter the oil every night and we change oil out one day every week.

I worked in a factory that made tacos. The oil just keeps circulating and fresh is constantly added, but some days that oil was pretty off color.

Some of it's a little dark but honestly not worse than most restaurants. Where I work we filter the oil 1-2 times a day and replace the oil every other day

If I saw that I’d actually be reassured that it was good because if that’s only a week and they changed it that makes that means they keep up with it and it’s not even that dirty Ive way seen worse
