Play a lot during the day, or just being outside will have them sleep better at night. Good bath, and oatmeal in a milk bottle.

Stimulate her mind and body during the day. At night, I give her a warm bath (not too warm) and a good rub down with aquaphor and a onesie with footies. Sound machine

For my god sisters we would give them a really nice bath with the lavender sleepy time bath soap and rub/massage them down with lavender lotion. It worked every time.

Try keeping her up durning the day as long as possible might help her sleep and also try feeding her she might be hungry and then try giving her a bath

Maybe eliminate naps after 5? This will help her rest better. Make sure she’s good and full with a fresh bath, rubbed down in lavender baby lotion. Just some tips that may help!🤍

I Put her to bed by 8pm she wakes up at 12am for a bottle and then 4am.. I keep all the lights off and leave her in the bassinet . My other two were the same way.
